Usability Testing
Usability Testing Metrics
Major Improvements
Subscribers desire more contents
1. During the usability tastings, users wanted to see important information so refining card designs with colors and adding an important message helped users with little reminders.
2. Based on feedback, users wanted to see their profile image so that the brand feels more welcoming.
3. Added recommendations such as free trials.
Added details for clear direction
1. During the usability testing, users had trouble understanding what the plus icon is for so adding more pages seemed to be a better view.
2. Due to the privacy/security reason, users mentioned that they wanted to manually enter their subscriptions. This gives the user more control of what kind of subscriptions they want to add and manage overall.
Distinguishable contents
1. Originally designed and used simple colors, but users had trouble understanding different contents so using different colors on infographics seemed to be better fit.
2. Based on feedback, users wanted more information about spendings by category. It would help them see the overview spending of the specific category.
Subscribers desire more specifics
1. Previously listed simple subscriptions.
2. Thought to be more useful to have options to view how users want to see their subscriptions by monthly or yearly.
3. Added plus icon for users to add their subscriptions manually.
